How Does Australian Shipping work?
What about Shipping to USA, Europe and the UK?
What if i'm not home?
The item is delivered to your local post office if you're not at home at the time of delivery. The postal worker will leave a delivery note, with the pickup details in your letter box.
Do I get a tracking number?
We email you the online tracking number once the package has been shipped by our staff so you will be able to keep track of its location.
Do you Ship Internationally or just within Australia?
Although we are based in Australia & Thailand we regularly ship orders to USA & Europe
**Please note that orders made in December for "Thai Stock items" might take a little longer due to the Xmas pressure on Thailands airmail service
Can I return my order?
We offer a 30 day return window after goods have been received, return postage will have to be paid by buyer and the item returned in new condition. On the return of any goods we will refund the sale price. Unfortunatley We can not refund any shipping costs.
Of course if we sent you the wrong item by mistake there is no cost to you whatsoever.
Any returns are made to our Australian office :)
* bulk quantity orders, or shipping to remote locations will have the shipping cost quoted on a case by case basis
* Urgent orders can be shipped by EMS express services. These shipping costs are quoted on a case by case basis.
